Deanna was very helpful and knowledgeable in this process. Very supportive and always there when we had questions. She took care of everything. Deanna made the sale of our home very easy.
There are not enough good things I can say about Eric. He sold our home in 1 day, before there were any pictures posted online. Our experience was very, very difficult because of the buyer and her realtor. Our home was built almost 100 years ago, and the expectations of the buying team seemed set for a new home. Eric went to bat for us daily and gave sound advice and recommendations when needed, yet also understood our limitations and concerns and negotiated on our behalf. We will be forever grateful to him and would highly recommend him to anyone, especially those who want to get top dollar out of their home. Another realtor suggested we sell our home for $40,000 less than Eric did, and we got almost our full asking price. He is truly amazing and very wonderful to work with.
