My experience with Eric was great. I travel extensively for work, so Eric's flexibility and market knowledge were the only way I was able to find my house. I should say Eric found my house. I called because Deanna had a property listed that I wanted some info on, and maybe have her show me that property and a few more. I was very lucky I made that call. Deanna helped us with the purchase of our home and also gave us advice on the sale of our old one in a different state when that agent could not be bothered. She was with us every step of the way. She even went out and looked at houses for us. Her attention to detail is amazing. Deanna was patient when our loan company was very slow at communicating progress. Eric was incredibly helpful during the sale of our home. In order to de-clutter the house, he gave us tips for what to clean up or clear out. The professional pictures were amazing (we believe this really helped get people to the house). There are not enough good things I can say about Eric. He sold our home in 1 day, before there were any pictures posted online. Our experience was very, very difficult because of the buyer and her realtor. Our home was built almost 100 years ago, and the expectations of the buying team seemed set for a new home.
